If you are thinking of joining us, a great way to begin your training is at one of our regular Induction Classes. These provide participants with the basic skills that you will use in class, as well as covering the safe use of training equipment. The techniques and structure of our system will be discussed and demonstrated.

Our training centre aims to be an inclusive and friendly environment where discrimination of any kind is not welcome. Being specialists in self-defence training for women, we provide weekly women only training sessions. These classes are a great place to start for women that have not trained before, and are very accessible regardless of your current fitness or experience level.
